SETH FAWCET BIO
At the age of 15 a desire for revival in New Zealand was ignited in Seth and the history of revivals and revivalists have been read and studied since.
All this time he was saying, “If you can use these people, you can use me God!”
His life journey has involved being employed in a number of areas including, farming, tradesman, eventually in management for a large multi-national company. This has given him a wonderful capacity to communicate.
Seth served as a lay Youth Pastor for 10years.
Seth was the Senior Pastor of Hope Centre for 26 years where weekly revival meetings have been held since God started a special outpouring of his Holy Spirit in 1995. There have been many extended times of outpouring meetings since, as a revival culture continues within the local church.
In 2019 he handed over the local church leadership and was commissioned into a full time apostolic ministry.
He is the Apostolic leader of the Hope Network International.
Seth travels nationally and internationally. He is a sought after speaker, ministering to camps, pastors conferences, revival summits, as well as churches cross denominationally. He is able to communicate to all generational groups. He ministers especially on stewarding revival, faith, joy and the Holy Spirit. Seth also consults to leadership teams of churches and ministries on effective process and vision.
Seth is also a leader within Partners in Ministry in Lower Hutt. This is a fellowship network of pastors, which hosts city-wide prayer meetings, prayer summits, pastor’s fellowship. In addition he is one of the leaders of a national group of City Church leaders.
In 2019 Seth was conferred an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity. This was in recognition of his multi dimensional ministry in the wider Body of Christ. And also the study done on the subject of Spirit and Soul as outlined in scripture.
Seth has been involved as significant moves of God have occurred. This has included India, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Canada, Australia, Scotland, Ukraine, England and America as well as New Zealand. Many of these have had the scheduled length of the conference or meetings extended.
Peers have described Seth as a pastor to pastors and leader to leaders. He has the ability to reach people through his compassion, love and sense of humour. Seth is powerfully anointed and moves with the fire of God. God uses him to shift atmospheres. Many lives have been healed, transformed and set free through his ministry.
Seth has been married to Debbie for over 41 years and their family is involved in serving the Lord also.
